- On October 27th, 2023, Project Assistant Professor Yi-Fei Wang delivered an invited talk titled 'Flexible Printed Sensor System for Healthcare and Robotic Applications' at the 13th International Conference on Flexible and Printed Electronics (ICFPE 2023) in Chengdu, China.
- At the 33rd Microelectronics Symposium hosted by Daido University, an oral presentation was given by Associate Project Professor Yoshida on the "Development of an FHE Wireless Communication Sea Route using Screen Printing" (Presentation number: 8C1-2).
- At the 33rd Microelectronics Symposium hosted by Daido University, Associate Professor Sekine delivered an oral presentation titled "Development of a Soft Pressure Sensor using Layered Carbon Materials" (Presentation number: 8C1-1).
- Project associated professor Yoshida's technical article, "Development of a Flexible High-Sensitivity Humidity Sensor Using Cellulose Nanofibers", has been published in the Automotive Technology.
- Associated professor Sekine's technical article on soft actuators has been published in the AutomotiveTechnology.
- One of the technical themes that ROEL exhibited at JFLEX 2023, "Application of his gripper grip control system for flexible printed pressure sensors," was published in the electronic version of the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun on February 7, entitled, "Yamagata University, Printing of Sensors for Temperature/ Gripping Force Detection.”
- Our lab participated in the JFLEX Exhibition (Tokyo Big Sight) held from Feb. 1st (Wed.) to Feb. 3rd (Fri.), 2023 as "ROEL Printed Device Technology Research Division”.
